1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RelightPro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

RelightPro provides AI-powered photo enhancement services for real estate and property photography. The Service uses artificial intelligence to modify, enhance, and transform uploaded images.

3. Professional Standards

If you are a real estate professional or property manager, we recommend familiarizing yourself with any guidelines your professional associations may have regarding photo editing and enhancement.

Note: Photo enhancement for improved lighting and clarity is a standard practice in professional real estate photography. RelightPro simply makes professional-quality results accessible without expensive equipment or photographers.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• RelightPro provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of enhanced images, including but not limited to claims of misrepresentation, fraud, or violation of disclosure requirements
• We are not liable for any third-party reliance on enhanced images you distribute or publish
• Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the credits used to process the images in question

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RelightPro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of enhanced images in violation of these Terms
• Claims that your use of enhanced images constitutes misrepresentation, fraud, or violation of any applicable law
• Third-party claims arising from your use or distribution of enhanced images
• Your violation of any professional standards or licensing requirements

6. Intellectual Property & Image Rights

6.1 Your Images

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading images, you grant RelightPro a limited license to process and enhance your images solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Enhanced Images

You own the enhanced images produced by the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, modify, and distribute the original images before uploading them.

6.3 Representation of Rights

By uploading images, you represent that you own the images or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and modify them.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create images for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Misrepresent properties in violation of applicable laws
• Process images you do not have rights to modify
• Create content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models

8. Credits and Payment

• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when images are processed
• Credits do not expire
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time for future purchases

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
