When you purchase credits, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. We receive and store:

- Last four digits of payment cards (for your reference)

4. Image Processing and Storage
4.1 How Your Images Are Processed
When you upload an image for enhancement:
- Your image is temporarily transmitted to our AI processing partner (FAL AI) for enhancement
- The AI analyzes and enhances lighting, colors, and other visual elements
- Both original and processed images are stored in our secure cloud storage
4.2 Image Retention
We retain your images as follows:
- Processed images: Stored indefinitely while your account is active
- Original images: May be deleted after processing is complete to reduce storage costs
- Deleted images: Permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of deletion
4.3 AI Processing Partner
Our AI image processing is performed by FAL AI. When processing your images, they are transmitted securely to FAL AI's servers. Deleting Your Data

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information and images within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal or legitimate business purposes.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

- Images: Retained until you delete them or your account
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. Our service providers (Supabase, Stripe, FAL AI, Vercel) operate globally. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

RelightPro is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
